My life has been filled with ups and downs
But i know there are better days to come
days when my day wont be completely filled with arguments and lies,
days when i can fully trust the people around me wont have me cry.
these days that i feel will soon come are what i look forward to,
but to get there i know there are some things i must first do.
i must rid my life of all the corruption and deceit,
and then maybe i finally get my life how i want it to be.
and this journey to happiness isn't as far as it seems
so i dont dare think about the negative in my dreams
even though me and you never became one
i know that there are still better days to come.
